Equal Opportunities Conference
Biennually we present the findings of our mtd Benchmark Study (examining the acheivements and plans of companies, institutions and civil organisations from a different focus with each study – eg. employment of disabled individuals, work-life balance, etc.) at a conference organised for this purpose. By sharing these best practices in organisational diversity and comparing opinions and experiences we also aim to generate changes in perceptions.
This one day event is comprised of lectures employing innovative approaches and round table discussions to share experiences (eg. 5 minutes of fame, workshops, world cafe). The conference ends with the presentation of the Diverse Organisation TOP10 award and other certificates of recognition, with a special show to finish the day.
Target audience: executives, HR/labour professionals, professionals in the fields of equal opportunities and organisational diversity, associates of headhunting firms, marketing/PR/CSR professionals, lawyers and representatives of organisations in the civil sphere.

Participants: 150-200 people
Venue: an easily accessible conference centre located in the inner city of Budapest.
