In founding mtd Consulting Group our goal was to create and maintain a professional community that benefits society and creates value.

Responsibility

We feel responsible for our activities and the quality of our work. To us this is not a burden but rather an opportunity.

We like to give, maybe even more than we like to receive. However, we can see that thanks to our openness, “positive” energies are  flowing in our direction as well.

Solution-orientedness

We beleive that nothing is impossible, all problems have a solution, even in a seemingly hopeless field as equal opportunities. Our goal is also to think out of the box and discover new viewpoints and new ways of thinking to generate fresh ideas.

We are making long term, rather than short term plans  To us business profit and social profit go hand in hand – they are both indicators of success supporting each other and sustainability.

Flexibility

As a relatively small organisation with great mobility we pride ourselves in our flexibility. This can clearly be seen in the process of working with us in making our organisational decisions, assigning dedicated colleagues, setting conditions for deadlines, we acheive maximum independence and flexibility in service to our clients.

Community-building

To us it is very important to bring together companies and professionals working in the field of equal opportunities. To this end we organise events, trainings and forums that provide opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge gained. These serve to facilitate shared thinking and build relationships in this field.

Balance

Not only do we teach harmony, we also strive to find it both in our professional and personal lives. This of course requires much self-discipline, but on the long term, finding a healthy balance is the key to producing quality work and maintaining good health.
