Diversity-related organisational development model

mtd would like to cooperate with you and assist you in transforming your enterprise into one that is more diverse and inclusive.

The mtd PRISM Model is a flexible 4 step process which helps companies identify their strengths and weaknesses in opportunity creation and diversity. Through our model you will see where your organisation currently stands in these areas and you will be able to define what direction you would like it to evolve into. We will help define the areas that will require development, set out developoment strategies, assist you in winning over executives and measure your effectiveness.

The basis of our innovative approach is the experience that through employee satisfaction, commitment and organisational efficiency, open and diverse organisational culture will have a measurably positive effect on business results and competitive market standing.

The first, situation analysis phase of the service is free for all organisations.

The steps of the process are the following:

  1. SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS, STRATEGY CREATION  completion of the online Quick Diversity Audit which is subsequently evaluated by mtd.  This is followed by the joint development of recommendations together with your companys representative. As an incentive we will authorize you to use the title Committed to workplace equality along with the logo. This service has so far been FREE!
  2. REALISATION – Integration and realization of jointly formulated development plans (min 1-3 in a given timeframe) short, medium and long term supported by mtds services, if required. These services are provided at a discount.
  3. MONITORING – Collecting feedback, gauging employer and employee attitudes to the developments. Based on the results of the three years we will award the title Recognised inclusive workplace
  4. FURTHER, CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT  the organization conducts this step independently, assisted by mtds methodological support.
